Not transferred in this version: tasks, notes, calls and files (planned for the next version — the app already asks
for the telephony and disk permissions they need, so no re-approval later), chats, products, customers (Kommo
«Customers»).
Requirements: Bitrix24 administrator to install and use the app; a Bitrix24 plan with REST applications; a Kommo
account with administrator rights to create a private integration token.

What is transferred
- Employees — matched with Bitrix24 users by e-mail; records of unmatched employees go to a responsible person you choose, or, if you enable it, unmatched active employees are invited to Bitrix24 by e-mail.
- Pipelines and stages — to deal pipelines (categories) and stages; won and lost stages keep their meaning; loss reasons are kept.
- Custom fields of companies, contacts and deals — to Bitrix24 custom fields of a matching type (created when needed).
- Companies, contacts and deals — with phones, e-mails, deal values, responsible users, tags and links between them.
How it works
- Connect Kommo through a private integration created by a Kommo administrator: paste its long-lived token, or sign in to Kommo with its client ID and secret (OAuth). Step-by-step instructions are in the app.
- Review the mapping the app suggests: users, pipelines and stages, fields, duplicate rules.
- Run a dry run: nothing is written to Bitrix24, you get a forecast and warnings.
- Run a sample of the first records, check the result, then run the full transfer.
- Follow the progress, pause and resume at any time; download the report and the list of skipped records (CSV).
Safe by design
- Repeated runs do not duplicate data: every record is linked to its Kommo origin.
- Kommo rate limits are respected, so your Kommo account is not blocked.
- Your CRM data is not stored by the app: it passes through memory only. The app keeps only the links between Kommo and Bitrix24 record IDs (until the app is uninstalled), your settings and run reports; run history is deleted after 90 days or when you delete it. Uninstalling the app deletes all data the app keeps for your Bitrix24 account.
