The GPTMaker Connect is an application developed by CRMThink that aims to facilitate the integration between Bitrix24 and GPTMaker.
About GPTMaker: It is a platform that allows you to create personalized intelligent assistants for different purposes, such as customer service, internal team support, audience engagement, and knowledge monetization. With technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), GPTMaker enables companies, influencers, specialists, and entrepreneurs to automate interactions and offer a personalized and efficient experience for their audiences.
The GPTMaker Conector allows AI Agents created in GPTMaker to easily integrate with a Bitrix24's Open Channel, and can be used in any external medium integrated with Bitrix24 such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, Live Chat, etc.
Furthermore, after the automatic service by GPTMaker's AI Agent, it is possible to transfer the conversation so that a human attendant can continue it within Bitrix24, transferring the entire conversation history and creating the LEAD/Contact record within the platform.
Some benefits of GPTMaker:
- The Agent can be trained using a variety of LLMs such as OpenAI (GPT 4.x), Anthropic (Claude), Meta (Llama), Alibaba, Deepsek, and Maritaca.
- Quick and simplified training of Agents, allowing the use of text, attachments, and video (YouTube).
- The Agent can listen to a WhatsApp audio and respond in text, and also has the option to respond in audio (additional cost).

Pro – Connects up to five (5) AI agents to Bitrix24. Allows transfers to a user or an open channel. Includes action creation: query information, record information, workflows, HTTP. Monthly Fee: U$60.00
