Main features:
SMS messaging to existing CRM entries. There are vast recipient filtering options, including the following:
- Name / Surname
- Client type
Built-in and custom SMS templates, as well as personalized SMS messages are supported.
SMS campaign tool has the following options:
- Custom recipient list
- SMS messaging to leads, contacts, companies according to several criteria, such as status, birthday etc.
Additional features:
- Scheduled SMS texting
- Delivery reports
- SMS message personalization (by using CRM variables, such as names, agreement numbers etc.)
- Custom Sender ID (both numeric and alphanumeric characters are supported)
- Any GSM phone number format is supported
- SMS sending from numbers copied to clipboard is supported as well
- Numbers with wrong format are barred automatically from sending
