1. Prerequisites:
- A Bitrix24 account (Cloud or Self-hosted) with active administrator access.
- A verified Meta Business Account and an active WhatsApp Business number (or a standard WhatsApp number for QR connection).
2. WhatsApp Messaging Fees:
- Meta charges for WhatsApp Business API conversations based on category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, and Service) and destination country. These conversation fees are billed directly through your Meta Business Manager.
3. Compliance & Fair Use:
- All outbound messaging initiated outside the 24-hour customer service window must use approved Meta WhatsApp Business templates.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring recipients have provided explicit opt-in consent in compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
