Send a WhatsApp message at the right deal stage or workflow step.
WhatsApp Automation adds the WhatsApp: send message automation rule to Bitrix24. It is also available in the Automation studio (Workflow designer). Connect a company WhatsApp account by scanning a QR code, then use sender and recipient numbers and message text in your automation.
What you can do
• Send text messages from automation rules and workflows.
• Use Bitrix24 field values and workflow variables in message parameters.
• Manage connected WhatsApp accounts and review execution history.
• Receive administrator notifications about sending errors, lost connections and when the sending service is unavailable.
Know the result before continuing
Enable waiting for completion in the rule. If a send fails, the app stops the workflow and reports the error. If the outcome is uncertain, it does not automatically send the message again. A successful result includes a WhatsApp message ID: this confirms acceptance, not delivery or reading.
Requirements and limits
An administrator installs and connects accounts. Bitrix24 Professional or a higher plan with automation and workflows is required. Each message is plain text, up to 10,000 characters. This app does not provide an inbox, attachments, calls or read receipts. It connects through a linked WhatsApp Web session and is not an official WhatsApp or Meta product. Keep your account connected and follow WhatsApp rules; do not use unsolicited bulk messaging.
